Service advisor Anthony said he’d have my vehicle ready in a certain amount of time and it was actually ready sooner! He is professional, engaging and a pleasant person to work with. He knows what he’s talking about. Will keep going to him for help with my vehicle.

The staff was cordial and exceeded my expectations. The new vechicle I purchased in December was the best buying experience I have had of the 3 vehicles I have purchased at Jim Norton. (I had purchased 1 also when this was Speedway Chevrolet). Bobby Mac was the best salesman ever. When I had an issue shortly after the latest purchase, he & the service staff worked tirelessly to investigate the problem and make sure I had transportation in the meantime.The service staff has priven to be helpful and understanding. Jacob has always gone above and beyond to help when an issue would arise.

Low pressure sales, knowledgeable staff, go out of their way to accommodate. Just had my first free oil change and they were super fast for a dealership. Even vacuumed me out as well!
