The 2020 Traverse has a 3.6-liter V-6 engine that offers 310 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque. Its stop/start technology shuts the motor down automatically when you pause in traffic. Accessories like the radio stay on, and the engine will start again when you press the accelerator.
This SUV is fun to drive, maneuverable, and versatile. Its nine-speed automatic transmission provides smooth shifting, and it can go 18 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the open road. It can use E10 fuel that contains 10% ethanol, all-wheel drive is available, and it can pull up to 5,000 pounds. Other standard features include power steering, traction control, an independent suspension with MacPherson struts, active noise cancellation, electronic stability control, and tow/haul and off-road driving modes. A heavy-duty engine cooling system is optional as well.
A Luxurious, High-Tech Interior
This SUV can carry up to nine people, and it has 10 cupholders, a Wi-Fi hot spot, a 3.5-inch driver information center, a compass, a storage area beneath the rear floor, and folding rear seats. Voice recognition, a dual-note horn, cruise control, a 7-inch touch screen, vents for the rear seats, an interior humidity sensor, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility are standard equipment as well.
You can add a 120-volt power outlet, a retractable cargo shade, a heated steering wheel, a vertical cargo net, a 4.2-inch color driver information center, an 8-inch touch screen, and a 10-speaker Bose premium audio system. Heated and ventilated front seats, navigation, a universal garage door opener, power-folding rear seats, and remote start are also available.

You can also place restrictions on teen drivers and get regular reports about their driving habits.
